To experience the new Bing AI features on your Samsung Galaxy device, you will need to verify whether SwiftKey has been updated to version 9.10.11.10. It is being rolled out in phases as usual, so it may not be immediately available in your area. However, @SwiftKey has indicated that it should be accessible to all users “within the next few days.”
It’s worth mentioning that this upgrade was already made available for both iOS and Android in April. However, what’s new is that the SwiftKey keyboard integrated into Samsung’s One UI is receiving its own update.
Of course, if you’re not a fan of SwiftKey, you have the option to disregard both Bing AI and SwiftKey altogether and use the Samsung keyboard instead. But there is a possibility that the SwiftKey integrated into One UI could clash with the default keyboard. Additionally, Bing AI is now pre-installed on almost all Galaxy devices and cannot be uninstalled.
Last month, Microsoft introduced Bing AI for SwiftKey, which operates with the digital keyboard app in three distinct ways: Search, Chat, and Tone.
The Search feature enables users to perform rapid web searches without having to exit the app. Through the Chat feature, users can communicate with Bing for detailed searches and ideas for conversations.
SwiftKey users have the ability to utilise the Tone feature, which enables them to communicate more effectively by allowing the AI to modify their writing as they speak. Users can instruct this technology to rephrase the content in a more formal manner and adjust the tone of the text to match the situation.
